OASIS
What does it mean?
(n) 1: a fertile or green area in an arid region (such as a desert)
(n) 2: something that provides refuge, relief, or pleasant contrast. (M.W Dictionary)
Names are important. Whether in history, the Bible, or your own family tree, names play a very important role in the lives of humans. At Oasis our name is important, because it describes who the Lord has called us to be, not just as a church, but as a network of churches

MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES
Come out on the first Wednesday of every month from 7:00-8:00 pm.
This April we will be talking about Finding Rest.
Most of us realize that we are saved by grace apart from our works but a lot of us still feel pressure to “serve” in order to please God. This is just as dangerous as trying to be saved by works. Justin Prawat (Oasis Staff) shares his experience of escaping this mentality and coming to a knowledge of the true love of God.
Keep up with Justin all this month as he shares about his life at www.oasisgranger.blogspot.com
